I'm so glad you're here.

Seeking therapy is an act of courage and an opportunity to better understand yourself, your relationships, and the experiences that have shaped you. Whether you are navigating a difficult season, relationship challenges, or seeking deeper self-understanding, therapy can offer a space to pause, reflect, and create meaningful change.

I specialize in supporting individuals, couples, and families navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, trauma, and personal growth. My approach is grounded in relational and systemic therapy, integrating Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), family systems therapy, psychodynamic approaches, IFS-informed parts work, and art therapy.

I work with clients from diverse backgrounds and lived experiences through an intersectional feminist and culturally responsive framework that honors the ways identity, culture, relationships, and systemic influences shape our experiences. I strive to create a compassionate, affirming space where clients feel seen, understood, and supported.

A space for reflection and creativity

Located in the heart of Columbia City, my therapy space is intentionally designed to offer a warm and welcoming environment for both conversation and creative exploration. With a variety of art materials available, clients are invited to use creativity as a way to process emotions, explore experiences, and deepen self-understanding. No artistic experience is needed—art therapy is about the process, not the product.
